Returns Policy

Sheer Miracle offers one of the best return policies in the makeup industry.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your product(s) (even if they are opened) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

USA Shipping

We currently offer three USA shipping options:

1. Priority Flat Rate - $6.99 - 5 to 7 day average delivery time.
2. 1st Class Rate - $2.99 to $4.99 depending on order total - 7 to 10 day average delivery time.
3. Free Shipping - Free on orders over $75 - 7 to 10 day average delivery time.
   

These time periods include:

1. Processing time for us to process your order (1 to 3 business days); and
2. The time it takes the shipper to deliver your order (typically 3 to 7 business days).

International Shipping

We currently offer two international shipping options:

1. Priority Flat Rate - Canada $11.99 - All other countries $14.99 (7 to 14 days average delivery time).
2. 1st Class Rate - Canada $4.99 to $7.99 - All other countries $5.99 to $9.99 (14 to 21 days average delivery time) (1st Class Rate calculated based on order total.)
   

You should expect to receive your order within 7 to 21 days of placing your order.

This time period includes:

1. Processing time for us to process your order (1 to 3 business days); and
2. The time it takes the shipper to deliver your order (4 to 14 business days).
