I ordered the HD Matte Powder August 5th. Oh my gosh, this stuff is a miracle. I have extremely oily skin which isn't totally bad because I'll be 47 in December and people still mistake me for being in my late 20's early 30's but it is still a pain to blot all day.

Since I've been using the HD I apply it in the morning over my Sheer Miracle foundation and then I do not reapply until after lunch. This stuff is amazing!!!!

    I received my sample-sized order in the mail a few weeks ago. I love it! It doesn't feel heavy or look "caked" on. You only need a little, however, otherwise your skin will look very white.

    This stuff is the same as MUFE HD Microfinish powder as far as I can tell. Looks the same, feels the same and performs the same. For the price, totally worth the switch.

    I can't tell the difference between MUFE's HD Microfinish Powder and this powder - except the price! Both are finely milled, soft as silk and make skin look and feel perfect. I ordered this assuming it wouldn't be as good as MUFE and planning to use the 30 day return policy. But I was pleasantly surprised. Love it.

    I have large pores and I've tried everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) to minimize them. This finishing powder actually works! I was so excited. I even asked my boyfriend if he noticed anything different and he said "your skin looks smoother or something...." Yay!

    Can't complain about the product. This powder does exactly what it claims to do - mattifies and gives a natural more even finish.

    4 out of 5 stars because...

    My only complaint - and I'm not sure anything could be done about it - is that the powder is so fine and "foofy" that it gets everywhere when trying to apply.

    VERY little powder is needed. Be sure to tap off your brush after dipping it in this powder or you'll get a whitening effect. Blend well too.

    This stuff rocks! It gives a matte finish that doesn't look "powdery" or cakey, just natural and perfect. Hides my big pores and softens the fine lines around my eyes. I was skeptical at such a low price but it really does work like Make Up For Ever's version. WOW!

    I'm SO excited to have found Sheer Miracle's version of this HD powder. I've been buying Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder because it works so well - I felt it was worth the hefty price tag.

    But to find a comparable product at half the price is wonderful! The Extreme CloseUP HD works exactly the same as the name brand (for me at least). I checked the ingredient lists and they have identical ingredients. Thanks again Sheer Miracle for making a "high end" product affordable to the masses.
